Planetary Talk

Jupiter creates the scenes
whilst within the shadow of the light

Venus makes love
real in our dreams.

Those of Saturn
know the score,
even if they appear to be a bore,
or bored.

Yet
the Sun
reminds us
of what we¹ve begun,
as Mercury tells of our fun.

Yet anger,
seemingly unseen
from Mars,
helps you flip off
complete strangers in cars.

But look!
On the other side of the galaxy!

Neptune waits,
whilest,
Uranus aches.

Pluto¹s decided his own way to go.
Bad doggie!

Meanwhile,
back on planet Earth,
a few of us
curiously gaze the stars.

Moon stares back blankly at us,
as the rest of us decide
whether or not
we wage war
over and on grains of sand.

Curious it is, planetary talk.
